Shipping When should I expect to receive my PHERA order? Since each outfit is custom made in India, it will take anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks to reach you. PHERA jewelry pieces will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to reach you. How will I know when my order is shipped? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with details of the items that have shipped along with a tracking number. Where does Phera deliver ? We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. If you want to ship to any other region please email us at hello@phera.co and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the shipping cost may vary if shipping outside of the regions mentioned above. Does PHERA ship to P.O. boxes? We apologize but at this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Payments What payment methods does PHERA accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover in addition to PayPal and Amazon Payments. What is your return policy? Since our collection is custom made, we do not offer any exchanges or returns. General Questions What if an outfit I ordered doesn’t fit me? Our outfits are made to order according to the sizes selected by you based on our size chart. We always encourage our customers to allow for enough time when placing their order to take into account any minor alterations that might be needed. Phera does not do alterations but we do provide a little extra margin in the outfits to accommodate for any minor size adjustments that might be needed. Am I able to design outfits in colors other than what you have listed on your website? If you like a specific outfit from our collection but don’t see it available in a color of your choice, we would be happy to work with you to try to source the color you are looking for. Please reach out to a stylist from our team by emailing hello@phera.co. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate your request but cannot promise that we will be able to find the exact color you are looking for. What if I want to order a specific outfit that I like but would like to change the style of the blouse? Please connect with our stylists by emailing hello@phera.co and we will do our best to accommodate your request. What is the best way to reach a PHERA stylist or a member from the Phera team? Keep in mind you have the option to buy just one outfit or several, we are here to make your shopping experience fun and easy! We bring the latest bollywood trends to your front door at a fair price point. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? You can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing orders@phera.co with the subject line “CANCEL: Your Order Number.” Keep in mind that each outfit is made-to-order and to get your outfit to you quickly, we begin creating your perfect outfit as soon as possible.
